Mansfield, Shand & Katz Public Relations was based in the New York City metropolitan area for more than 20 years. In 2000 we changed our name to Restart Communications and moved to Indianapolis, and we'll always be grateful to Tom Volk, Jack Borsos and the rest of the Racer Parts Wholesale staff for allowing us to use some of their office space for five years. It was very convenient to be near our friends at RPW as we produced their parts catalogs and advertisements and continued to carry out our racing PR work. During this time we became acclimated to life in the Midwest, became fans of the Pacers, Colts and fried biscuits and apple butter, and even learned all the words to "Back Home Again in Indiana."

At the beginning of 2006 we were very excited to move into our new office, which is just six blocks from the world-famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway. We are located in one of the Arts and Crafts bungalows in the historic section of Speedway, and are now part of the racing community's long history of businesses located in and around Gasoline Alley.
